Canada: Aluminium imports drop 5% m-o-m in Nov’22

Canada’s aluminium imports fell by 5% m-o-m to 753,735 t in Nov’22 from 792,509 t in Oct’22.
Out of this, ores/concentrates stood at 679,650 t (down 4% m-o-m), semi-finished products at 11,471 t (down 25%), finished products at 51,683 t (down 13%) and scrap at 10,932 t (down 9%).
Brazil was the largest exporter at 515,809 t followed by Guinea and the US at 124,088 t and 48,926 t respectively.
