Imported Chinese HRC offers to the UAE increased this week by $20-30/t w-o-w to $650/t CFR. Chinese mills started quoting higher amid the recent rally in the Chinese HRC futures along with export deals concluded for Turkey, and Vietnam in the past couple of weeks. A private Indian mill indicated $650-660/t CFR, while others held back, sources informed.
