South Korea: POSCO Steeleon raises colour steel sheets prices by KRW 80,000/t ($63/t) for Jan’23

Steel major, POSCO Steeleon Co. Ltd. raised prices for all colour steel sheets by KRW 80,000/t ($63/t) starting Jan’23. The hike is primarily to stabilise supply and demand, as production costs also increased due to higher prices of raw materials and supplies. In addition, Dongkuk Steel, KG Steel and SeAH CM have also decided to lift prices by KRW 80,000/t-100,000/t ($63-$79) from Jan’23.
