Coal India subsidiary, Eastern Coalfields Ltd (ECL), is going to conduct an auction for 402,900 t of non-coking coal on 18 Nov’22. Out of the total volume, 66 rakes (3,900 t each) of G4 grade is offered through rail mode while the remainder 145,500 t of G3, G4 and G5 grades is offered via road mode. Notably, the G4 grade constitutes of 87% of the total offering.
