AM Mining India Pvt Ltd, part of the joint venture between ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel (AMNS), has completed the acquisition of Uttam Galva Steels Ltd post approval of the resolution plan by the National Company Law Tribunal. This is a strategic addition to the company as Uttam Galva Steels has an annual capacity of 1.2 mnt.
