HR strip (patra) prices inched down by INR 300 ($4/t) d-o-d in Mandi Gobindgarh while prices dropped marginally by INR 100 ($1/t) in Raipur today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 49,100/t ($599/t) exw-Mandi and INR 48,200/t ($588/t) exw-Raipur. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
On w-o-w basis, prices fell by INR 1,000/t ($12/t) in Mandi and by INR 1,500/t ($18/t) in Raipur.
