Indonesia: Steel billets exports fall 35% m-o-m in Sep’22

Indonesia’s steel billets exports fell by 35% m-o-m to 160,199 t in Sep’22 against 247,935 t in Aug, as per customs data.
The Philippines was the largest importer with 55,552 t followed by Taiwan with 38,186 t.
Export volumes decreased by 32% y-o-y to 1.54 mnt in Jan-Sep’22 as against 2.26 mnt in the year-ago period.
