Korea Southern Power Co. Ltd (KOSPO) has invited bids to procure 160,000 t of 3700-5000 kcal/kg GAR grade for Dec’22, a tender notification showed. The bid closing date has been set for 3 Nov and sellers of Russian coal have been barred from bidding. Out of the total volumes, KOEN (Korea South-East Power Co. Ltd) is set to procure 80,000 t of thermal coal.
