China continues to book deep-sea bulk scrap cargo from UK

  • China’s leading steelmaker has booked another bulk scrap cargo from a UK supplier, SteelMint learnt.
  • The cargo was comprised of 43,000 t of shredded and HMS material.
  • As per sources, the cargo departed from the UK port on mid-Sept’22 and arrived at Tangshan’s Caofeidian Port on 23 Oct’22.
