China’s steel inventory rises 6% w-o-w to 10.11 mnt

China’s steel inventory rose by 6% w-o-w to 10.11 mnt as on 8 Oct’22 against 9.58 mnt last week.

• Stocks of HRC, plates and CRC rose by 9%, 6% and 3% w-o-w to 2.39 mnt, 1.12 mnt and 1.33 mnt, respectively.
• Rebars stocks increased by 6% w-o-w to 4.15 mnt and wire rods stocks inched up by 1% w-o-w to 1.12 mnt.
