HR strip (patra) prices dropped marginally by INR 100/t ($1/t) d-o-d in Mandi Gobindgarh, while prices rose by the same quantum in Raipur on 4 Oct’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 51,700/t ($634/t) exw-Mandi and INR 52,100/t ($639/t) exw-Raipur. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
