A deal of 50,000 t of met coke (64% CSR, BF grade) has been concluded at $425/t FOB by an Indian casting mill. Another major steel mill, Tata Steel, is also present in the merchant market to book 45,000 t of met coke for its NINL plant, but the closure of deal is awaited.
