Vedanta has scheduled an auction for sale of around 40,000 t of iron ore lumps (Fe60%) on 19 Sept’22 from its A. Narrain mines in Karnataka’s Chitradurga district. The base price for the auction is set at INR 4,030/t (excluding royalty, DMF and NMET charges), lower by INR 59/t compared to the floor price of the last lumps auction on 14 Sept’22.
