USA: Manganese alloys imports jump over 95%, m-o-m, in Jul’22

Manganese alloys imports into USA shot up by 96% m-o-m to 75,557 t in Jul’22 compared to 38,524 t in Jun’22 due to low bookings in June.
Silico manganese imports surged by 79% m-o-m to 42,212 t while ferro manganese volumes rose by a whopping 122% m-o-m to 33,344 t.
Cumulative imports increased by 27% to 432,147 t in Jan-Jul’22 over the corresponding period last year.
