India: Jharkhand mills conclude over 5,000 t billets, sponge iron deals

Jharkhand-based steel mills sold 1,900 t of billets in a price range of INR 47,500-47,700/t exw-Ramgarh.
2,200 t of P-DRI and 1,300 t of C-DRI (FeM 78%) deals were confirmed at INR 31,800-32,100/t and INR 33,900-34,100/t exw-Ramgarh respectively.
Market seemed to have disturbed due to uncertain trend in Mandi Gobindgarh. In the current situation mill owners are maintaining demand and supply position.
