India: Over 130,000 t of iron ore booked at AM/NS auction from Odisha

AM/NS India had scheduled an auction on 2 Sep’22 for 168,000 t iron ore from its Sagasahi mines in Odisha.

• The entire quantity of 72,000 t lumps (5-18mm, Fe 61-62.5%) was booked at INR 5,700-6,500/t.
• 12,000 t fines (Fe57%) was booked at INR 1,500/t out of 48,000 t. Another lot of 48,000 t fines (Fe 58.5%) was sold at INR 1,850/t.
• Prices are inclusive of royalty, DMF and NMET.
