India: 48,000 t of iron ore lumps booked at AM/NS auction from Odisha

AM/NS India scheduled an auction for sale of around 96,000 t of iron ore lumps (Fe57.5-58.5) from its Thakurani mines in Odisha today.

• The entire quantity of 48,000 t of lumps (10-30mm, Fe58-58.5%) was booked at a base price of INR 3,145/t. Prices are inclusive of royalty, DMF and NMET.
• The remaining 48,000 t of lumps (5-18mm, Fe57.5-58.5%) remained unsold.
