HR strip (patra) prices dropped by INR 400/t ($5/t) in Raipur and by INR 200/t ($3/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh on 4 Aug’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 53,000/t ($667/t) exw-Raipur and INR 54,600/t ($687/t) exw-Mandi, excluding GST at 18%.
