Heavy structural steel prices remained stable d-o-d in Raipur. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 56,500/t exw. Higher raw material prices in key markets amidst limited trading activities prompted suppliers to hold offers. However, trade discounts are hovering around INR 600-800/t in the spot market. In Durgapur, eastern India, prices for the same size were at INR 54,800-55,300/t yesterday.
