HR strip (patra) prices rose by INR 300/t ($4/t) in Raipur while prices fell by the same quantum in Mandi Gobindgarh on 28 July. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 52,300/t ($656/t) exw-Raipur and INR 54,200/t ($680/t) exw-Mandi, excluding GST at 18%.
