Heavy structural steel prices increased by INR 500/t d-o-d in Raipur, central India. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 56,000/t exw. Rising steel billet prices in key markets and slight improvement in structural steel trades prompted suppliers to raise offers. However, trade discounts are hovering around INR 1,000-1,200/t in the spot market.
