Australian premium hard coking coal prices have touched 11 month-low levels at $221/t FOB. The global steel market is still struggling due to lack of demand from key buyers. While Indian steel mills have preponed their plant maintenance after export duty imposition, European steel mills are idling plants which is cutting down their raw material demand.
