Raipur sponge iron prices stable, around 4,000 t deals concluded

SteelMint’s price assessment for sponge P-DRI (FeM 80%) in Raipur remained stable today at INR 34,300/t exw.
3,900 t of FeM 78-80% P-DRI deals were concluded at INR 34,000-34,300/t on exw and DAP Raipur basis.
Prices were stable amidst an uptick in billets prices in the region and slightly improved supply of sponge iron with resumptions of a few kilns that were shut down earlier.
