Prices of coated flat steel products edged up this week due to supply concerns. “Buyers continued to book small tonnages from April to June amidst the continual decline in prices. However, distributors and other sellers were slow in replenishing their inventories, leading to supply concerns. Hence, prices received some support this week,” SteelMint learnt from a few major distributors.
