Heavy structural steel spot prices in Raipur opened stable d-o-d today. The current offers for 150mm channels stand at INR 56,000/t exw. Limited enquiries in yesterday’s spot trading along with higher billet prices in the key northern and central markets prompted suppliers to retain the present offers. Currently, trade discounts via suppliers are at around INR 1,500-2,000/t, dependings on quantity and payment terms.
