Iron ore pellet (Fe 63%) prices in Bellary moved up marginally to INR 9,200/t exw today as against INR 9,150/t on 28 June, as per SteelMint assessment.
- Confirmed deals of 6,000 t were recorded in this publishing window at around INR 9,000-9,200/t exw. Low iron ore inventory amidst awaited clarity on sales and limited fresh supply kept pellet demand supported.
- Pellet-based sponge iron, P-DRI, prices were at INR 34,000/t exw, up by INR 200/t d-o-d.
