Japanese EAF steel behemoth Tokyo Steel has rolled over monthly prices for Jul’22 sales, the third time in CY’22. The steelmaker has kept prices unchanged amidst falling global steel prices coupled with logistical disruptions caused by the outbreak of COVID-19.
- HRC prices are currently at JPY 123,000/t ($912/t).
- Rebar and H-beam prices: JPY 102,000/t ($756/t) and JPY 124,000/t ($919/t), respectively.
