China: Refined copper production rises, m-o-m, in May

China’s refined copper production stood at 0.91 mn t in May’22, a monthly rise of 1.56% as against 0.90 mn t in Apr’22, as per data maintained by Steelmint. On y-o-y basis the production rose 5.31% as compared to 0.87 mn t in May’21. In the Jan-May’22 period the total production of the country was recorded at 4.45 mnt.
