Domestic steel wire rod manufacturers in Raipur further increased prices today by INR 500/t to INR 51,000/t exw d-o-d. Short supply of material in mills owing to adjusted production in the last week and decent trades and transactions in the spot market supported the price hike in wire rods. Trade discounts by the resellers are hovering around INR 500-800/t.
