Heavy structural steel manufacturers in Raipur cut offers further today by INR 500/t. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 53,500/t exw. Sharp fall in semi-finished steel prices in key markets over the last two trading sessions and weak market sentiments due to low purchase enquiries for structural steel forced manufacturers to reduce offers. However, trade discounts offered by the suppliers are around INR 1,000/t.
