Vedanta has scheduled an auction for sale of 100,000 t of iron ore fines (Fe 57.50%) today. According to market sources, the entire material was booked at INR 2,416/t (excluding of royalty, DMF and NMET) against the set base price of INR 2,310/t. The company conducted the e-auction from its A. Narrain mines in Karnataka’s Chitradurga district.
