The Korea South-East Power Company (KOEN) intends to enter into a five-year thermal coal purchase contract. The shipment schedule comprises loading of 80,000-160,000 t coal for the first contract year. This volume would gradually increase over 240,000 t in the coming years. The bidders are required to quote a single fixed price on FOBT basis for delivery marked for the first year. The rate for the remaining contract would be decided mutually.
