China’s Taiyuan Iron & Steel Corporation (TISCO) has rolled over the purchase price of ferro chrome (HC 50%) for Jun 2022 at the price prevailing since May 2022 – RMB 9,445/t ($1,403/t). All prices are on a delivered-to-plant basis, including taxes, with delivery latest by 15 July. As a result of high production costs and tight supplies of chrome ore, the company decided not to reduce the purchase price.
