Emirates Steel, one of the UAE’s leading steel producers, has lowered rebar offers by $115/t m-o-m for Jun’22 deliveries, sources informed SteelMint. The revised offer stands at $750/t exw (AED 2,755) compared to $865/t exw last month. Slow demand and falling global steel prices have resulted in the lowering of offers by the company.
