India: Hindalco, Balco hike aluminium ingot prices INR 7,750/t ($100/t)

Hindalco and Balco increased primary aluminium ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices on 21 May’22 by INR 7,750/t ($100/t) compared with 18 May.
Hindalco’s effective price is INR 262,250/t ($3,377/t) exw, while Balco’s price stands at INR 264,500/t ($3,406/t) exw.
The three-month LME aluminum contract price was recorded at $2,946/t on the last trading day as against $2,906/t the previous day.
