Nepal: Udayapur Cement invites Bid for supply of Non-coking Coal

Udayapur Cement Industries Ltd (UCIL), a fully Government owned industry in Nepal and manufacturers of “Gaida Cement”. It is inviting tenders for purchase of 5,000 MT Non-Coking Coal at its Plant Site of UCIL at Jaljale, Udayapur (Nepal).

Specification:

• Grade: 5700 Kcal / Kg (Min)
• Ash Content: 23% (Max)
• Volatile Matter: 28% to 37% (Max)
• Sulphur Content: 1% (Max)
• Moisture Content: 5% (Max)

Quantity: 5,000 MT +/- 1%

• Due Date: 14:00 hrs on 07 Oct, 2013
• Bid Opening Date: 15:00 hrs on 07 Oct, 2013

Note: 

UCIL had floated the same tender last month for supply of 5,000 MT Coal.
