Orissa Manganese and Minerals Ltd, a 100% subsidary of Adhunik Metalik Ltd, an integrated steel manufacturer based in Eastern region of India has opened its iron ore prices from its Ghatkuri mines (Jharkhand) for sale in open market for the month of April 2013.
Prices have changed in the range of Rs 200-300/t. For some grade prices have gone up by Rs 200 and for some grades prices have been slashed up to Rs 300 per ton.
Current Offers:
5-18mm (59 Fe) = Rs 3200/t (Fines content up to 20%)
10-40mm (59 Fe) = Rs 4500/t
40-80mm (59 Fe) = Rs 4300/t
+80mm (61 Fe) = Rs 3600/t
Fines (59 Fe) = Rs 1500/t
All prices loaded into wagons at Gua siding Jharkhand, including royalty.
Recently NMDC, India's largest miner has cut its ore prices by Rs 250-350/t for April 2013.
