The global nickel supply-demand scenario in 2022 is predicted to be in oversupply of 67,000 t due to continuous increase in Indonesian and Chinese production, as per Japan Metal Daily reports. The supply and demand of nickel in 2022 is forecast to be 3.082 mnt (up 18.2% y-o-y) and consumption is expected to be 3.015 mnt (up 8.6% y-o-y).
