Chinese stainless steel major Taiyuan Iron and Steel Corporation (TISCO) has raised ferro chrome (HC 50%) purchase prices by RMB 700/t ($107/t) m-o-m to RMB 9,445/t ($1,441/t) following an increase in the price of the material along with the surge in chrome ore prices. Prices are on delivered to plant basis and include taxes. Last date of delivery is 15 Jun’22.
