HR strip (patra) prices continued to increase by INR 2,700/t in Raipur and INR 800/t in Mandi Gobindgarh on 18 April 2022. Current prices of base grade patra (148-200 mm, 2 mm thick) are at INR 64,000/t exw-Raipur and INR 63,800/t exw-Mandi, excluding GST. Patra prices in Raipur were at INR 58,500/t last week, higher by INR 5,500/t w-o-w, while the same surged by INR 3,100/t w-o-w in Mandi.
