Australian premium hard coking coal prices increased by $46/t today to $450/t FOB as on 11 April. Prices increased due to the rise in buying interest towards the end of last week. The ban imposed by the European Union and Japan on Russian coal imports due to the conflict in Ukraine also propped up coking coal prices.
