China: Steel inventory largely stable at 15.58 mnt w-o-w

China’s steel inventory stood flat at 15.58 mnt this week in comparison to 15.62 mnt a week ago, as per Lange Steel.

• Stocks of HRC and CRC dropped marginally by 1% each to 2.43 mnt and 1.37 mnt respectively. However, plate stocks moved up 2% to 1.11 mnt w-o-w.
• Stocks of rebar stood largely stable at 8.46 mnt, while, wire rods inventory declined by 3% w-o-w.
