Singareni Collieries Company Ltd. (SCCL) saw active participation in its latest coal auction held on 29 Mar’22. The total volume offered, comprising grades from G7 to G13, was curtailed by 72% in comparison with the previous month. The auction saw aggressive buying as the entire volume of 191,000 t was booked at an average price of INR 6,554.68/t, garnering a premium of 58% over the reserve price.
