India: Pellet producers slash offers by up to INR 800/t ($11/t) in Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Raipur, Chhattisgarh-based pellet producers have decreased domestic offers by INR 700-800/t ($9-11/t) from INR 13,500-13,800/t ($179-182/t) to INR 12,800-13,000/t exw ($170-172/t). Declining sponge iron prices and cheaper landed offers from Durgapur and Odisha pulled down offers in Raipur, SteelMint notes.
