India: Hindalco, Balco lower aluminium ingots prices by INR 3,000/t ($40/t)

Hindalco and Balco have decreased primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 3,000/t ($40/t) d-o-d, as per reports.
Hindalco’s and Balco’s effective prices are at INR 310,500/t ($4,097/t) and INR 313,250/t ($4,134/t) respectively.
The 3-month LME aluminum contract price on 29 Mar’22 was recorded at $3,436/t, down 5% as against $3,614/t on the previous trading day.
