Australia coking coal prices remain unchanged on 29 Mar’22. Australian premium hard coking coal is assessed at $539/t FOB. Last week global coking coal prices plunged but the drop in prices has been halted over supply concerns after suspension of operations at the Moranbah North Mine in Queensland. In addition, heavy rainfall has been recorded in the Queensland region adding to supply worries.
