- Bharat Aluminium Company (BALCO) increased prices of primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) by INR 12,250/t ($160/t)today as against 19 Mar’22. The effective price stands at INR 308,500/t ($4,037/t) exw.
- The closing price for the three-month aluminium futures on LME was $3,521/t on 21 March as against $3,381/t the previous day.
- BALCO’s major operations are in Korba, Chhattisgarh, while its bauxite mines are in Kawardha and Mainpat.
