State-owned Vizag Steel has floated an ocean sale export tender for 30,000 t of basic pig iron on FOB ST. Gangavaram Port basis against an irrevocable letter of credit on payment at sight terms. The due date for the tender is 23 Mar’22 and the delivery is scheduled for 30 April. Indian pig iron producers have turned active in the export market with soaring demand from the western countries.
