India: Pellet prices in Bellary remain range-bound

Iron ore pellet (Fe 63%) prices in Bellary, Karnataka remained range-bound at INR 11,050/t exw today, as per SteelMint assessment.

• Deals of 8,000 t were confirmed in this publishing window at around INR 11,000/t exw.
• NMDC has also raised the base price in Karnataka iron ore auction by around INR 400/t.
• Pellet-based sponge iron, P-DRI, prices moved up to INR 38,200/t exw against INR 37,800/t on 15 March.
