Heavy structural steel manufacturers in Raipur reduced prices today by INR 1,000/t to INR 63,000/t exw for 150mm channel. In the second half yesterday, sellers had increased offers by INR 1,000/t to INR 64,000/t exw. Higher prices in the spot market led to dull purchase enquiries for structural steel, which resulted in manufacturers slashing offers. Trade discounts are at around INR 800-1,000/t.
